Front Desk Training Outline

One of our most trying duties is training a new employee. Without an outline it becomes a hit-or-miss endeavor. I put together this training outline to keep you focused on what order makes sense and to keep track of what has been taught. It is specifically set as an outline allowing the new employee to make notes. My suggestion is that you make a copy for the trainer including the notes taken at the end of each day.
