The ususal San Diego alcohol laws (no alcohol 1:30 AM - 6:00 AM) and they charge the going rate.  Entertainment in the Oasis Lounge (in the open casino), the Pavilion (Famous name entertainers) Cabana Cove (poolside) and Open Sky Theater (outdoor concerts) like Humphrey's by the Bay with better parking.
